Amanda van Hesteren graduated from her Audiovisual Arts bachelor at LUCA School of Arts in Brussels in 2019. Her graduation film Mommy and me was co-produced by VPRO. Her latest film I Want to go Higher won Best Dutch Film at Go Short International Film Festival an is qualified for the Oscars 2024.
